Why Party Macau?

Is Macau easy to get to?

Yes, extremely! We are just an hour ferry away from Hong Kong or via the new Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau bridge, walking distance to Zhuhai border, and accessible by flight.

How far in advance should we plan?

As early as possible for us the guarantee the itinerary you want! We do accept last minute booking based on availability, but with early booking there are greater advantages in regards to time slot, and more service options.

Can I make changes to my booking?

Yes indeed, our ambassadors will accommodate you as best as they can, as long as we have enough notice. Please keep in mind in terms of changes, availability of these changes cannot always be guaranteed.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, a 50% deposit of overall package price is required in order to secure the booking. The final payment needs to be made no later than 2 weeks before event date.

What happens after we pay the deposit?

Once we receive your deposit, our planning team will get straight to work putting everything into place. All your event details and contact numbers will be sent out to you once the balance payment is received.

Do I get a receipt?

Yes, you get a deposit payment receipt and a balance payment receipt emailed to you detailing the exact service that you have paid for.

If the number of attendees has increased after we have paid the final balance is that ok?

Usually yes, if there is sufficient time and availability to the service you have requested for. Please do kindly let us know in advance. Please also bear in mind that any add-ons / amendments will incur an administrative fee of up to HKD 200 each. If multiple add-ons are confirmed at the same time, you will only be charged a single HKD 200 once.

What will the room breakdown be for the hotel accommodations?

Hotel rooms will usually be a twin room with two beds. Suites can be arranged upon request, but most suites can only occupied only up to 4pax.

What is the check-in & checkout time for macau hotel accommodations?

Generally, all hotels in Macau have check-in time at 15:00 and check-out time at 11:00

Is all land transportation included when we arrive macau?

Only by prior arrangement. Please refer to your package details.

If traveling from overseas, are insurance covered?

No, travel insurance is not included in our services, please purchase it on your own and we definitely recommend you to!

Can you help me plan my event in hong kong (or another city)?

Unfortunately, at this time we are only providing services in Macau.

Is anything ‘off limits’?

We do expect all our clients to respect our host & hostess; we do not offer anything illegal so please refrain from asking.
